About the Gallery
Founded in Paris in 2010, mor charpentier represents emerging and established artists whose conceptual practices engage with social realities, history, and politics across diverse regions. The gallery’s inaugural exhibition with Colombian artist Oscar Muñoz set a precedent for a program focused on broadening origins, subjects, and identities in the art market. Representing global artists like Lawrence Abu Hamdan, Teresa Margolles, and Bouchra Khalili, the gallery emphasizes political, feminist, queer, and post-colonial causes. With equal gender representation, mor charpentier expanded to Bogotá in 2021, strengthening ties to Latin American art while enhancing its international presence and audience.
